Family Option
- Benefits the Main member, one spouse and a maximum of six children
- The Main member must be between age 18 and 65 on the date of taking this policy
- For additional subscriptions a maximum of 10 extended family members can be added on the plan

- Reduces the employers’ burden in financing his employees’ funeral expenses.
- Allows for quality, punctual and convenient service at time of a loss.
- The benefit is designed to assist with meeting the costs of funeral arrangements. provides 30% cash and 70% for Funeral Service.
